Vuori Headquarters
Bandak PM worked with Vuori to oversee the process of building their new headquarters — from real estate scoping to design and flawless execution. The team is leading all phases of this project to ensure Vuori is set up for success as their company grows exponentially. The project includes a multi-phased large scale tenant improvement designed for rapid tenant expansion. Once complete, the amenities for the new project will include a gym, outdoor showers and surf racks, and a large gathering area for all-hands meetings. Bandak PM worked closely with both the developer and the internal tenant teams to deliver the space in a way that best supported the company operations and space demands. Bandak PM expects an estimated multi-million dollars of savings and a project delivered on time.

Tide Rock
Tide Rock hired Bandak to manage the design, engineering, permitting, procurement and construction of their new headquarters. Unlike a traditional tenant office improvement project, Bandak managed the Tide Rock Project, while simultaneously overseeing coordination efforts of the Landlord’s core and shell project. Not only did Bandak complete the Tide Rock project in record time, but they seamlessly pivoted in no time, ensuring that the Landlord’s projects were completed successfully—and without a delay in occupancy. Despite these added intricacies, Bandak PM impressed both parties by completing multiple projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
