Bandak PM converted a green site into a state of the art manufacturing plant complete with robotics and heavy machinery. To abide by the city’s significant storm water requirements, the Bandak PM team prepared preliminary massing plans, site plans, and elevations to construct a sea wall to redirect stormwater to the ocean while designing a 4 foot platform from the concentre foundation of the building to treat water production of the actual facilities itself. Bandak PM’s ability to stay nimble and organize everyone’s specific requirements made this project successful.

Bandak PM led ground-up construction and interior improvements of existing spaces of a beloved, multifunction community center to support a new main entrance, training rooms, office spaces, exterior site work, and amenities.
