About Madison
With a background in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University, Madison has a passion for building that has fueled her rise from Project Engineer to Project Manager. She brings valuable experience in ground-up life science and hospitality projects, along with an extensive background in tenant improvement (TI) buildouts. Madison is not only driven by her projects but also by her commitment to mentoring and advocating for the building industry. Her involvement in the Build Up High School internship program has helped high school students explore opportunities in construction and grow their potential within the industry.

Sean Campbell

Vice President, Project Management

About Sean
The embodiment of organization, Sean started his career as a laborer for a general contracting firm and quickly proved himself and graduated into a Field Superintendent role and subsequently a General Superintendent role. Incredibly flexible with a natural knack of understanding systems, Sean is an innate builder and never loses sight of the ultimate end goal. His hands-on experience working in the field has proved invaluable and has led Project Teams through 50+ highly technical projects including projects at the White House and military command centers. Whether it’s preparing a Responsibility Matrix to outline Tenant versus Landlord responsibilities, managing the utility infrastructure upgrades of an existing asset, or evaluating the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure of a highly technical clean room manufacturing space, Sean delivers.
