He is an expert in strategic planning, financial analysis pertaining to design, engineering, and construction, negotiations, and other aspects of the real estate industry with a focus on design, engineering, construction, and negotiations.

About Ben
A natural leader, Ben’s superpower is his ability to effortlessly translate complex situations into simple solutions. He communicates effectively, honestly, and with transparency. Ben started his career as a Project Engineer at GLY Construction in Seattle which gave him the unique advantage of working on large scale developments for some of the largest companies in the world. Always expanding his arsenal of talents, Ben has led teams through highly-technical projects and has delivered over a dozen projects for clients while successfully managing ambitious clients needs, multi-million budgets and accelerated schedules. Proactive about continued learning, Ben is an expert in even the most niche aspects of the industry.

About Sean
The embodiment of organization, Sean started his career as a laborer for a general contracting firm and quickly proved himself and graduated into a Field Superintendent role and subsequently a General Superintendent role. Incredibly flexible with a natural knack of understanding systems, Sean is an innate builder and never loses sight of the ultimate end goal. His hands-on experience working in the field has proved invaluable and has led Project Teams through 50+ highly technical projects including projects at the White House and military command centers. Whether it’s preparing a Responsibility Matrix to outline Tenant versus Landlord responsibilities, managing the utility infrastructure upgrades of an existing asset, or evaluating the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure of a highly technical clean room manufacturing space, Sean delivers.
